GROUP PILATES CLASSES

Class levels Introduction: this class introduces the principles of pilates, as well as the key exercises that are required to go on to an Essential level class. The class runs on a weekly basis. (You can start attending classes more frequently once you end the introduction.) After completing the Introductory course (normally 6 or 8 weeks), you will go on to join an Essential level class
Essential: this class takes you from a debutant level to a proficient level, by focussing on key exercises and on technique. Essential level classes are specially adapted by the teacher in order to be appropriate for less advanced students, and challenging for more advanced students
Intermediate: this level is for those who have mastered the principles of movement and the key exercises
Pilates during pregnancy: this class is for people who wish to practice pilates during their pregnancy. You must have the ok from your doctor to undertake an exercise class. The class level and rhythm will be adapted to the persons present. The class aims to teach you the pilates principles of pelvic floor activation, core strength, stability, and full breathing. Enrolment may be taken for 4 weeks, 10 weeks, or for the term
Pilates for kids: this class is for kids age 10 and up who perhaps has an ache in their back, who wants to reinforce the quality of their posture, or who don't want to do other sports. Classes are fun and participative. Maximum 6 participants
Group class enrolment Enrolment is for a specific class and time.
New students : your place is reserved with a deposit of 60F. This is reimbursable in full if you withdraw at latest 2 weeks before the course starts. The balance is due in full one week before the course starts
Re-enrolment : current students have priority when they re-enrol. A place that has been reserved and yet is not taken up when term starts, remains payable to the value of the deposit (60F)
Payment Payment in cash or by bank transfer. No credit card facilities
Introductory courses : a 60Fr deposit is payable upon inscription to reserve your place (payable by bank transfer or at the centre 10 minutes before/after a scheduled class). The balance is due at the latest 1 week before the first class
Essential and Intermediate level group courses must be paid in full at the latest one week before the first class

Payments are non-transferable
Absences Advise any absences to your teacher in advance, to allow another student to make up a class
Last minute changes and cancellations should be made by SMS or telephone, not by email
A maximum number of missed esential or intermediate level classes can be made up, where there is space. We do not guarantee make-up classes When the term / session has :- - 8 or fewer weeks, 1 class can be made up - 9 to 13 weeks, 2 classes can be made up - 14 or more weeks, 3 classes can be made up
Missed classes in the Introductory, Pregnancy, or Kids courses can not be made up.
A replacement class that has been agreed, but is neither cancelled nor attended, will be counted as taken
Classes that are not taken by the end of the term or period will not be carried over to the next period
Class cancellation A class with less then 4 enrolments may be cancelled A class cancelled for unforeseen reasons will be replaced, reimbursed, or credited to the next period
